KRO hospitality purchased the Grade II-listed £2 million site on Peter Street in 2018. 47 Peter Street is currently home to renowned Asha’s Indian restaurant, KRO plan to transform the upper floors of the building into a high-end 47-room hotel on Peter Street. The project represents an £8m investment by KRO Hospitality. Planning permission has been submitted with the hotel set to open its doors in 2020.
Architects LXA have also designed an underground club lounge for guests and general public. KRO acquired the venue based on it’s up and coming location, vibrant Peter Street location, which is host to popular venues such as Asha’s, Albert Schloss, Revolution de Cuba, Dirty Martini, Club Liv, Great Northern, Impossible.
KRO aim to restore the stunning building which will only enhance the area. The hotel will feature some of the largest, most lavish suites in the city centre and accommodation will range from deluxe rooms to luxury one and two-bedroom suites.
